Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it by following these simple steps:

  1. Before returning an item, please fill out the contact form below to let us know you'd like to initiate a return or email us at office@barnkatclothing.com. Be sure to include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return in the email.
  2. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

  3. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping cost, including the return label fee. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original, unused condition. If everything checks out, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
